The site has been handling huge sums of online donations to the DEC’s South Asian Tsunami disaster appeal. BT hosts the secure payment page of the charity’s site and the company’s fraud detection specialists spotted the attempted hack and immediately informed the Computer Crime Unit at Scotland Yard. The Metropolitan Police has arrested a man and he is being questioned in connection with the incident.
