(PCI), effective immediately.For the last 12 years, Mr. Sloan has provided labor relations and project management services for some of the largest public works construction projects in California. Since joining Parsons in 2003, his management assignments include supporting the $20.3 billion Los Angeles Unified School District program and the $5.2 billion San Diego Unified School District program. Currently, Mr. Sloan is the Project Labor Agreement Administrator for Los Angeles Community College District’s $6.2 billion construction program as well as a Program Manager for Pasadena Unified School District’s $350 million Measure TT construction program. In his new role, he will continue to support Parsons’ existing customers with labor relations services while also managing PCI and providing internal labor relations support to Parsons’ projects across North America.“Dan has been a critical factor in several PCI wins, and I am pleased to see him step into this new role,” said Rick McAlpin, Parsons Corporate Vice President, Operations Shared Services. “He will undoubtedly continue to play a key role in the success of PCI and its customers.”Mr. Sloan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, a collective bargaining studies certificate from Cornell University in New York, and has completed the Parsons Project Management Certification Program. He was recently named as one of the Top 20 Under 40 by Engineering News-Record California.
